Great replacement if your old keyboard fails on you. Used it on a Toshiba C655 and all the keys work. Just one thing, the num lock light is not available with this keyboard. Easy installation that took 5 mins.

I upgraded an old toshiba for the kids homeschooling this year, needed a new keyboard, upgraded ram and SSD. The keyboard was easy to install following YouTube instructions and no issues. I have never opened a laptop before this project so i was very glad when it was an easy enough process as long as you knew what you were doing or had some guidance like I did from YouTube.

its a little spongy buy 100% better than anything else at a reasonable price. Tabs and screws line up correctly and once in and seated correctly its actually quite decent for aftermarket.

The keyboard works and, thanks to the design of the Toshiba laptop, was easy to install after watching an on-line video. It is slightly flexible and does NOT lay completely flat. In the middle there is a detectable rise. Operation is not affected but this slight curvature is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Update 2023-10-29: Four years on and this keyboard is still working perfectly. It still does NOT lay flat but it works which lets me continue to get use from my Toshiba laptop.

Bought this for a Toshiba Satellite L755 that had a defective keyboard from others misuse. Came in well before expected delivery date. The keyboard was in a very think cardboard box and large envelope bent all up. Fortunately the board does not appear to be damaged. Took less than 2 minutes to replace the old ridged keyboard with this highly flexible keyboard. It is a good fit and works as advertised even with the poor packaging. The quality of this keyboard is suspect and way below that of the original. But it is working right now. The original keyboard is very rigid on the back side so it would not bend and will take the users abuse. It laid flat against the laptop. This replacement board is VERY flexible and after install does not lay flat to the laptop. I’ve made sure all edge clips and the four mounting screws are in place and it still feels like the keyboard is moving excessively. I can push on the center and watch it go down and come back up when released. It feels like I'm pushing on a wet sponge. I’m afraid that the constant bouncing keys will start to come loose/off and ultimately degrade the function of the board. We will see.
