Great for older cars or traveling
I bought this for my nephew with an older car. He travels far to work and so does my niece. I explained him how to maintain the car.But driving a 2009 car with 120k is still a risk. Last weekend he got stuck, car did not start. Luckily he had the jumpstarter with him, it worked great, was easy to use and got him back on his way. The capability of the jumpstart seems very good and he only needed one try to turn the engine over.Today, we checked out the battery level was almost full. Charging is also very easy from your home outlet. Further, it's compact and easy to store, and you can use it for camping or during a power outage. Great investment!

Good Quality and Easy to use
After researching several devices and owning a different device, the BRPOM unit was chosen and I'm extremely happy with it so far. Used it once for a jump start and filled several tire and it worked flawlessly. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Especially liked the ability to preset the chosen tire pressure which automatically stops when reached. All units seem to have the same complaint about battery clamp leads being too short, but these units are compact and easy to set down close to the battery. Highly recommend the BPROM model.

True Safety in a small box
Everyone should have one of these in their car. The jump start has worked several times on various vehicles. This saved the day each time. A short recharge once a year on your phone charger. Pump also works as advertised. Safety and convenience in a quality product at low cost. Highly recommend.

Compact and solid, with a user-friendly instruction manual
The media could not be loaded. I have used BRPOM Car Jump Starter with an Air Compressor for two years. My first thoughts were it's compact and solid, with a user-friendly instruction manual. The large battery capacity is impressive, and the dual functionality for inflating tires and jump-starting your car is a handy combo. One cool feature is that you can set your desired tire pressure, and the compressor shuts off automatically once it's reached. No worries if you forget to turn it off because the auto shutoff stops it from running when you move on to the next tire. Plus, the small screen is clear and easy to read. Now, for the downside: I wish the instructions were printed inside the case. In an emergency, I might not remember exactly how to jump-start the car, and digging around for the manual could be a hassle. That little addition would make this product even more reliable.

Updated rating to 5 stars
I just purchased this system. After initial charging I used it to top off car and motorcycle tires that were each a bit low. Worked great -- easy to set up. The pressure gauge matched my own, and the unit shut off when it reached the desired level. The unit came packaged very well -- no scuffs or scrapes. I like the carrying case as well. A USB charging cable is provided but not the charger itself, so I used my phone's charger (with the unit's provided cable). I think that's fine, but I would prefer it to be provided in lieu of the cigarette lighter adapter. The light is very powerful. I am happy with the purchase so far. I only rated it 4 stars due to no charger adapter, plus I have not used the jump starter feature, nor can I comment on battery longevity as of yet. I will update my review once I have more real-life experience with either. I do recommend this based upon my experiences so far. [Updated review] Updating to five stars. Due to a rapidly deteriorating battery on my Mazda I had to jump it multiple times until I was able to get a replacement. The unit worked great. I am happy with my purchase and have recommended to others. Fingers crossed on longevity :-)

Solid performance and fast tire inflation!
So far so good! I can tell you I’ve felt more secure driving around now that I’ve got one of these. Battery starter and tire inflator functions are good, solid performance so far with use. I use it every few days to check and adjust my tire pressure, with the wonky weather we’re having, and it’s pretty fast and accurate. Two thumbs up.

CHANGED REVIEW: Did NOT start my battery
ORIGINAL:I haven’t used it yet, and hope I will never need to. But just having this in my trunk makes me feel better. I read the How-to, it’s pretty much self-explanatory but it’s nice to have that in the box as a reference. The box it comes in is solid and contains everything you need, and it is actually pretty small in my trunk.I found it loads very quickly, but then it was already over half loaded when I got it. I check the charge every so often, it holds on like you wouldn’t believe, I don’t think I’ll even check again for another 3 months.UPDATENow I would like to give at best minus 5 stars. The dreaded situation happened - my car doesn’t start when I leave the office, I can’t even open the door. Thank god I have an oldfashioned key. The battery is clearly dead a a dodo.No worries, that’s what I bought the battery jumper for, right? No.I take the jump starter out of its storage box, check and it is fully charged. Connect it to my battery and try to start the car. Nothing is happening. Not even the weird „ououou“ sound that you sometimes get when the car won’t start.I leave it connected for 5 minutes, perhaps that will help. It doesn’t.Now I read the little manual several times, perhaps I made a mistake? I didn’t, I did exactly what the manual said.At this point I begin repeating the same procedure that didn’t work the first time, praying for a different outcome. Of course the outcome didn’t change. Two colleagues come by and try to help, they read the manual and do the same thing I did, with the same result. Obviously engineers don’t necessarily know cars any better than I do.After trying uselessly for another 30 minutes I call AAA. Wait time 2 hours.I finally get home at 6:30 pm with smoke coming out of my ears.Over the weekend I ask a neighbor who knows cars if he could take a look. He checks the jumper box for voltage?/amperage? with a little tool and says that it has juice. He doesn’t know why it doesn’t work.I bought this bloody car jumper for one thing only, to make sure I don’t end up stranded somewhere. It failed miserably.I have no idea how to check if an electric/electronic item I buy works, I have to rely on internal quality control of the company. This one was a resounding failure, and of course I only found out many month after I bought it.I am just happy I wasn‘t stranded somewhere unfamiliar after night fall.Avoid this crap if you can. I bought long jumper cables - it’s never a problem to find someone to jump your car, but many people have no cables in their Trunk, or too short ones. This was not cheap , and it was a complete waste of money.
