Very good product. The wipes are large and very effective and the eye mask is great at reliving dry and tired eyes. I also suffer of seasonal allergies with itch eyes and the eye mask was very effective at soothing my eyes. I also want to mention the customer service was top notch, as there was an issue with the mask and they handle it in a stellar way. Highly recommended item for people suffering of dry eyes and also tired eyes from spending too much time on screens for example and highly recommended company.

This product is great for what I need. Was looking for something that would help me heat compress my eyes. It’s as simple as microwaving for half a minute then wearing. In my opinion the heat lasts a good amount of time and doesn’t run out too quick!

Item is very comfortable, eye mask is full of beads that you can mould to your eyes once on. I have a powerful microwave but still have to put in for 25-30 seconds to achieve the necessary heat. Does not hold heat for longer than 5-6 minutes max so this was slightly disappointing for me given that I require a full 10 minutes - however if you only need 5 minutes of warmth then this will be fine for you. My eyes seem to be feeling a lot better. After a week of using it twice a day- I now realise that once a day is best for me before bed. Overall it would be prefect if it held the heat for longer.

Bought this as had a style in my eye and so much easier than using hot water and flannels for a hot compress. Incredibly relaxing so will continue to use now style has gone as comfort for tired eyes. Has good heat retention.

I got this for possibly MGD on my left eyelid, and I have been using this 2 x a day plus afterwards cleaning with the eyelid wipes, it seems to finally be improving so I am very happy that it works. Hope it stays this way when used consistently.
