Good quality . I notice some change for better in my health

I've been taking a sustained-release 30mg capsule previously but the brand is expensive and often unavailable. When I found out this was a tablet and very inexpensive, I decided to give it a try. I take 1/2 tablet first thing in the morning and then the other 1/2 at mid-day. Works just as well as the previous capsule and I don't experience the "crash" I had previously when taking other immediate-release preparations. I have the energy I need to be productive all day long and it doesn't affect my sleep. Very happy, especially given the low price.

I really like this supplement

I’m supposed to take 60mg per day so I have to take two. The only thing I don’t like is there is no coating on them so they tend to get stuck in my throat at times.

I am a very cynical person and have my doubts about supplements, but my doctor would not prescribe hormones and menopause was driving me nuts. Not so much the hot flashes, although I did get them, but the little pudgy roll that was coming on my formerly skinny waist, and I swear I suspected that I was developing dementia. And lost a lot of interest in ... you know what. So I did a little research, thought the price was not very high and liked that this brand is made in the USA. I am surprised to report that I feel much better! More energy, more enthusiasm, less belly roll, and more, um, the only word I can think of is a little trashy so I'm not gonna say it. Just that I am pleased with the product!

I use this as it helps me sleep by turning off cortisol spikes in the middle of the night. One before bed, and one when I wake up between 1:30 and 3:00 am. If I don't take it I will toss and turn for hours. When I do take it I am back to sleep in about 20 minutes. It is not sublingual, but I put it under my tongue anyway an let it dissolve. Just tastes chalky, not bad.

I'm not overly sure how effective this product is. Typically I purchase capsules with powder inside and this is the first time I've actually tried a standard pill that was not a capsule. I don't think it's as effective and I somewhat question the quality of this product. Moving forward I don't think I will purchase this type and style again.
