I’m an adult who got tired of the strong mint flavor in “adult” toothpastes on the market. After brushing, I couldn’t rinse my mouth out enough to get rid of that taste. What a relief it was to find this toothpaste! It’s marketed toward children, but the directions on the packaging say it’s suitable for adults. The strawberry taste is mild and flavorful, with no minty sting.

No burning, no complaints, no rushing to rinse it out immediately. It’s now part of our nightly routine without drama, which honestly might be the biggest endorsement a kids’ product can get. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a kids toothpaste that your child will actually use—and that parents can feel good about—this is an easy yes. I bought Hello Smiling Shark because it's SLS and fluoride free and it's not mint. I have sensitive gums due to health reasons so I needed a milder taste that wouldn't cause discomfort. I am satisfied thus far. It has an appealing taste. I didn't see an ingredient listing on the listing so I added a photo of them for anybody interested.

My son’s favorite toothpaste. He likes all three flavors and enjoys being able to switch up which one he uses between morning and nighttime brushing. When we moved from foaming toothpaste to traditional texture he didn’t like any of the minty flavors in traditional toothpaste. Finding this brand was very helpful and it does a great job.

Good god yes. I ABHOOOOR mint toothpaste. It comes in a fun tube, although I’m bummed they took the fin shaped tip away. The color is nearly clear and it is very sticky. It foams up moderately. I’d say a little less than traditional toothpaste. Super easy to use, and it has fluoride which our family definitely wants. I have adhd. I need toothbrushing to be something I can’t wait to do. This stuff tastes exactly like an orange dreamcicle. I kid you not. I love it. I also love I got three tubes. I hate running out of toothpaste because I forgot to buy more 🙄 Now the part you probably won’t trust me about. I get it. I’m cutting sugar to lower my A1C, this is so lovely. It really does taste like a sweet treat. 3 Year Old Verdict: Yummy! I like it! 39 year old Mom: Delicious.
