How do I measure the shoulder and sleeve lengths for the jacket?

Measuring tape. That's what me and my wife did. Measure from shoulder to shoulder. Then from shoulder to about your wrist

Im usually a size x large

I’m usually a medium I’m 6 ft and around 145 lbs. and i had plenty of room. I would go with my normal size.
