Excellent product
Product is very smooth to ride and at the same time serves purpose of safety too for kids with break element handle grip is also nice..my kid is very happy with this product and received same as shown in picture...go for it Yay Yay from my side👍👍👍It is very sturdy. The height is also adjustable. It was the perfect size for my three year old. I am very happy with the purchase. The color options are also very nice.Value of money and ease of assembly.

Manufacturing defect in design
It tilts either side.. Manufacturing defect in all scooters.. Kids doesn’t love it .. Kids need proper balancing scooter which is available on Amazon for around1000 and We have it.Still we bought this as we thought quality must be good. It looks nice but tilting issue makes it unsuitable for kids.

My kid didn't like it because handling is not smooth. Initially they sent me faulty product but after raising replament request it I a new one.

The plastic board is not very strong.I ordered in a hurry, so forgot to check the twist to turn feature. Small kids cannot turn easily on this scooter
