this come with the 6mm anvels

No this tools is a blind rivet installation tool. It is not a nutsetter tool.

This says 3mm-3/8-24 nutsetter can be used. It does not come withe these & I don't see a kit to convert?

You would need to buy an HK-150N tool which is the nutsetter tool. Not the HK-150A which is what this. You would needs to buy a BA-205466 which will not show up on amazon because it has a 12 weeks lead time. Will this work for a 379 peterbilt hood that has huck bolts in it ??

This tool is a riveting tool. If have a blind rivet, then yes it should be able to install it. If you contact us direct to speak to sales they can advise you inform what part number you are using. If by chance you are installing a 2 piece lockbolt (example: magna-grip), then no this tool will not work for lockbolts. So if it’s a 1 piece blind rivet then yes.
