These are the best, easiest, cleanest way to eliminate those flying nasties that I've found!
I found these originally when I was having work done on my house and the contractors left my exterior doors open for hours on end... these were THE BEST for capturing the inevitable flies and gnats that came in. It's awesome to be able to put them right on the windows and not have to worry about accidentally bumping into the glue (or having it be too obvious to the neighbors from the exterior).I would note, if you are putting them on a window with curtains, you do have to be really careful not to let the curtain fabric get caught by the glue. It hasn't damaged the fabric in my experience... it's just gross and will remove some of the stickiness. A really delicate fabric might be difficult to remove without damage. Again, these are strong... much stronger than a typical tape or glue. One thing to note: some of the sticky products for gnats are NOT strong enough to hold big flies. These absolutely are. And they catch plenty of gnats, too.I do hate to put any living creature through the torture of a glue trap, but if the alternative is spraying dangerous chemicals, I'll continue to use the glue trap for insects.

These work great with a modification!
These work really well. The picture attached shows how many flies (17!) have been caught on it after less than 24 hours. I made a slight modification based on another review since they do not attract flies on their own. I placed a small container of about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar plus several drops of dishwashing soap. It attracts the flies and they stick right to the trap. Also, if flies fall into the cup they drown as well! So double-whammy!

Awesome
These work amazingly. We can't STAND IT when flies get in and buzz around ceaselessly, not to mention since I've put some potted herbs in the kitchen now we have these annoying fruit flies. These strips are clear and go onto the windows easily, catch EVERYTHING (seriously!!) and when you peel them off when they're full of gross flies, there's no residue.Edit Update January 2018 - These come right off the window without sticky residue!!!!:Okay I bought some cheaper clear fly paper window traps and put them up everywhere, but I have to say taking the cheap ones off was a total pain in the butt. The adhesive leaves an extremely thick and sticky layer that took Goo Gone, a razor blade, window cleaner and a LOT of elbow grease to remove. I'd rather pay a little bit more for these Raid ones that peel right off the window and don't leave residue.

Never seen anything work like this !!
Such a neat idea: put sticky strips on the window that have an odor attractive to flies! The flies just attach and can't get away. When the strips get full you simply lift the plastic strip off, fold over and dispose. The strip that attaches to the window is very narrow, but runs the full length and peels off the window easily. We had a raccoon get into our attic and stayed for a while. Needless to say he left a mess! As a result it attracted a lot of flies which were able to get to the lower floors through an attic fan and a bathroom fan. The Raid Window Fly Trap caught at least 250+ flies. Now there are no flies!

Perfect Product!!! No flies in my home!!!
Received my fly trap this week and it is exactly what I needed! This has to be the easiest fly trapper to use and the best part is that you can stick it anywhere you have a fly or bug problem!!! I can now open a window and my patio door in the evening and not worry about flying things coming in towards a light that might be on. Another great use is in the corner of windows where bugs tend to end up and fall into and gather. This makes cleaning up that area much easier! The product arrived on time and packaged as described. No bad or toxic smells. Easy application and even easier clean up.

WORKS!
I had a terrible time trying to get rid of the pesky gnats (cider vinegar and dish soap worked to a degree) these strips captured the rotten little devils fast! However I didn't use just one strip - I put one on my bathroom mirror, one on top of my stove, one on the kitchen counter and one on the window. I wasn't messing around and 2 days later they were gone But remember to cover all of your drains! Bathroom and kitchen!

These are great for FLY ID and how many and where they’re most active!
A little difficult at first until you understand you pull the tiny red strip first to stick THAT to the window. THEN... you peel the front entire piece off (get a corner started, stick the tiny strip part on your window, THEN, peel off the entire front part and set your retro traps IN FRONT of these stickies and watch the gnats collect!! U can then take pics if you need to identify your gnats/flies!!
