the screen IS compatible with Acer Chromebook Spin 311 Convertible Laptop, Intel Celeron N4020. series :CP311-2H-C679 but you will need the plastic shell from your original screen assembly for this fix.I bought this to repair the above mentioned model after a family member cracked my screen. I did not have the model the assembly was designed for but the screen fits my model with no noticeable loss in functionality.if you are unfortunate enough to fall into the same category as me I suggest you use a hot air gun or a hot air dryer to loosen the adhesive connecting the plastic face plate to the screen assembly.at its cost.. it borders on... "should i just buy a replacement Chromebook" territory
