Hi ! Just now i ordered this product it shows 20pcs but I received only 19pcs 🙄

Not reusable
This size is ok, small as I needed it. It’s good to maintain a good amount of temperature for few hours. But it’s not reusable, once sealed, it tears the bag a little when opened and it doesn’t reseal.
