This is an amazingly clever product!It's basically a mist-er/humidifier/aroma diffuser for the desktop.What sets it apart is that flame trick. YES, it REALLY does look like flames are coming out of it (think toaster on fire)!But of course, it isn't burning at all! They have made a clever design that blows mist up past a row of very warm-white leds that pulsate slightly.The result is a beautiful tiny fire to enjoy. It'll never keep you warm though, because it is water vapor!But it will fill the room with the aroma of your favorite essential oil though! I only needed a very few drops and the fragrance is strong and lasts a good long time!Looks great, smells great and the flame will never burn you!Amazing.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought a couple of similar diffusers to try recently, including the NEWYID Essential Oil Diffuser and this item. I like both of them for different reasons, so I’ll compare them here a bit. The NEWYID is larger, more aesthetic in visual design, and has more features, including a remote control, timers, and more adjustments to the light and mist levels. So that is all to the good.On the other hand, this model is much more compact, so it’s very appropriate for a desktop, which is where I’m currently using it. It’s pretty quiet, and I like the noise it makes a little better than the other one. It’s a bit more smooth and less buzzy, if that makes sense. It provides just a touch of white noise without being too bothersome. And if you weren’t sitting right next to it, you wouldn’t notice the sound at all.Because it’s black, more of the light comes through the top outlet instead of through the cutouts in the front, and this makes the “flame” illusion a lot more realistic. The shape of the “flame” is more convincing as well, and it’s very visually warm and soothing to look at, although the mist itself is quite cool.And even though there are fewer modes, etc. than the other model, it’s a lot simpler to use, without a lot of buttons or the remote to hunt down and fuss around with. The buttons are much easier to see and understand, too. You get one mist level and two light levels (no timers), and for my purposes that works just fine for me. It runs for a long time (pretty much all day) on one filling, so I have no complaints about that.On the downside, the NEWYID allows for the top plastic bar that covers the lights to be removed while cleaning, while this one does not. That isn’t a huge deal, but being able to remove that bar makes it much easier to clean out the inside. It isn’t really a major problem so far, though. I just use a paper towel to wipe it out after every use. A soft bottle brush would also work very nicely.Also, for some reason when moving this model around, it seems to dribble a bit of water from the underside (even when mostly empty), but only while actually moving it. It doesn’t seem to leak at all otherwise. I just make sure it’s dry after refilling it and putting back on the desk.In general, I’ve been very pleased with this little diffuser. I’ve put oils in it once or twice and it worked well for that too, but I mostly just got it for humidity and for the fun flame effect (see video), and it’s performing wonderfully for that.If you have pets in the home, be cautioned that using some essential oils may harm them, so that’s just something to keep in mind. But otherwise, I think this is a great buy for a very reasonable price, and it’s lovely and useful even without any oils, so feel free to “fire” away!!

This is a super cool oil diffuser that I am 100% loving and the kids think so too. It legitimately looks like a flame when the light is on and gives two different light settings to make it dimmer or brighter. Got this one for the living room and considering buying a different color one for the bedroom now :)

Love this! It look like a fire when it’s in use. The only thing is I wish it didn’t have to be plugged in to use and I would use it on my back deck.

I had my doubts about this diffuser. But after receiving it I feel in love with it. The flames of smoke/mist gives it that fire look. You can run it with or without. I've have it for a year and it started leaking, customer service sent me out a new without any hesitation. This is a great product 👌

I am shocked, this is a really good company and you can be confident purchasing from them! Most companies wouldnt bother addressing an issue thru a review.....these diffusers are really nice, go ahead and buy one, I think you will like it...

This thing honestly looks really cool with the orange light, especially in the dark. Works well so far. Love that they have 5 year warranty available for peace of mind.

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice room air deffuser can easily use in our office, drawing room, or bedroom. Fill it with normal water & as per your choice perfume oil drops. Than forget it. Very effective working, good looking. No need to Night lamp also. I like the product. I hope life of instrument also good.
