I have had this bucket for several months now and it is holding up well. It is a little larger than I expected but I am ok with that as it holds a lot of ash without being overly big.I had looked at a number of ash pails prior to deciding on this one.I like that it has a wood handle, not a plastic one. Plastic handles tend to crack or melt with the heat from the fireplace so a wood handle was something I looked for.The shovel is decent quality and works well for removing ash from the fireplace and it fits nicely into the pocket on the side of the bucket.I am happy and I would buy another if I ever needed another ash bucket, but I think this one will last for awhile.

This bucket is the best thing. My bucket of ashes from my pellet stove was full and hot, so I dumped them into this bucket, and the outside and underneath never got hot! and I was able to empty my pellet stove ashes 3x's before I needed to empty this bucket...it hold a lot. I also purchased a pair of Baroque gloves that were made for fires and high heat and they were great also.

Nice fire pit. Perfect size to gather around for an evening outdoors. The fire screen is a must and so happy it comes with it. Have not used the grill accessories yet. Don't forget to purchase skewers for roasting marshmallows!

Bucket holds a lot! Cleaned out the fireplace 4xs already and bucket isn’t even half full. Plus it smaller then the old school kind with a good lid and lil shovel! Definitely would recommend to anyone that uses the fireplace for heat.

I paid for a bucket and shovel, but didn’t get the shovel despite a packing slip showing it. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and send out a new shovel.I give them credit for the prompt response time and the fast replacement shipment time. However, the shovel does not fit into the attached sleeve well. It seems too big. I wonder if I received a shovel meant for a larger bucket. I have a side by side comparison between the advertise picture vs my bucket and large shovel.The bucket looks nice. It has a nice finish and the handle is comfortable.I’m also not yet sure if it will rust, which is very important since it’s be in the elements, under a covered deck. Only time will tell.I’ll update the review, if there is any rust with 6 months.

The lid came dented (the edge was crushed in). Took a bit of work to get it to actually fit the bucket. Advertised as a 5 gallon bucket, but seems smaller than any 5 gallon bucket I have seen.

What a surprise! This item is very well made and decorative for the price.

Fire pit is not cast iron like the description says
