I absolutely love the Momcozy pregnancy pillow! During my pregnancy, getting a full night’s sleep felt nearly impossible until I found this pillow. I love it, got it fairly early (at 14 weeks maybe?) and it made an instant difference in my sleeping position. Now I’m starting the morning third trimester and still love it. It’s comfortable between my knees and what I really like is that it prevents me from rolling. I do roll but the back piece holds me at a perfect angle to protect baby and minimize my back pain! It’s easy to wash and even though it takes a lot of room in the bed, my husband finds it comfortable too to sleep against it. My other friends who are pregnant or recently were didn’t invest in a pregnancy pillow and keep telling me how poorly they sleep, but I don’t have that issue and I think it’s mostly thanks to my pillow - well worth the spend.

I had this pillow from the very beginning of my pregnancy and I am still using it at almost 2 months postpartum!!! The comfort during a very uncomfortable stage of life is unmatched!! The shape of the pillow offers all the comfort no matter how you are laying in it!! Although it is huge, it also is not hard to travel with because of the light weight and the shape! And even after traveling with it, and laying on it for almost a year, it still hold the same shape and amount of fluff and comfort! It comes easy to put together, with just the pillow and the pillow case! The pillow case is also very easy to take off and put back on after putting through the wash!! And you can even dry it without it shrinking! I love this pillow so much, and I will continue to use it even though I’m not pregnant anymore!!

First off, I'm not a pregnant women - I'm a fat guy (5'8" 350 lbs). I've been experiencing leg pain around my knees while sleeping, and no position ever felt comfortable. After discussing it with my doctor, he said that I was likely experiencing similar issues to what a pregnant woman goes through (from the extra weight), and recommended putting a pillow between my legs. That got me thinking - maybe I should try a pregnancy pillow! lol I have never gotten a better nights sleep than I have with the Momcozy pillow! I'm a side sleeper with sleep apnea, and having the cushioning in front and behind prevents me from rolling over, and the leg portion of the pillow has completely alleviated the pain. The pillow also provides support for my CPAP mask, and it's far more comfortable than the Tempurpedic I was using. It's also the perfect size for my height, and the build quality is superb. Just a note - definitely follow the instructions for fluffing the pillow and letting it expand for a couple days (I waited 72 hours after fluffing).

So for my last two pregnancies I had the queen rose pillow, which I loved because I toss and turn a lot at night and it's easy to switch sides with. However it was too full and gave me neck pain. This time around I did a lot of research online and this one was recommended for not causing neck pain. From the look of it, I thought it wouldn't be too hard to switch sides with, but because the back leg is so short, unfortunately it can only be used comfortably on one side. The head part is perfect, doesn't irritate my neck, which while pregnant, even my regular pillows had started to do. But the stuffing is a bit lacking overall. Like between my knees there's almost no support. And I've only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it's already started to pull, so not sure how it's going to stand up to the next six months of washing... Also this thing is really short. I'm only 5'2 and I find it a bit cramped, so keep that in mind if you're of average height. Overall I'm not that happy with the purchase. I wish I had gotten a u shaped pillow and worked something out for the neck area.
