Do not buy. Tastes terrible.
I’ve been using non-flavored aminos and flavoring it myself. I decided to try something new. Regret. The after taste of this product made me nauseous. I took it three times and then trashed it. I do NOT recommend Oh-Amino. It tastes awful.

Less expensive than canned drinks, with more energy when you need it most.
I started doing Crossfit a year and a half ago. I found very quickly that I needed something to get me amped up to truly perform well each day. I have used some pre-made canned drinks for pre-workout but it's hard to find one that is not loaded with sugar and caffeine. This is stimulant and sugar free, so yes it could taste better but I'm perfectly ok with it because it performs as well or better than other pre-workouts I have tried. Drink this 15 minutes before class and it gives me the extra energy right when I need it. It lasts through the rest of the hour and then some.

I read the product description and purchased. Not sure if it is helping or not. Perhaps too soon . . . what I do know is that it has either no taste or a taste so bland that I have to mix in something else with flavor just to drink it.
