Not safe
This Item should not be sold. There is no cover over the blades of this solar powered fan. There were no directions with it. There is no on off switch. When this fan was connected it cut and bruised my finger a well as broke 3 of the blades off. If it had been a child, it could have cut their finger off.

Good air flow, sturdy fan, flimsy panels but good function
Put one each in my 10x12 and 12x16 mini cabins. With these fans mounted in the gable top ends in front of vents on easels pulling hot air out, supplimenting the natural air movement pulling coolth from underneath the floor , these are helping keep the rooms comfortable on hot days, working well so far. At $59 a pair, good price for two 20w panrls and fans.

Can be dangerous
The inlet side of the fan has no guard in place, so be very careful! I plugged it in just to make sure it was working before I was going to put the effort into installing it in my shed vent. The fan has enough power in good sunlight to basically "take off" like a plane. The darn thing flew right into my hand, cutting my finger and breaking a blade off the fan. Took all but 30 seconds to break it, and bleed all over myself! I'll be fabricating a blade guard before I even think about plugging in the 2nd one that came in this 2-pack. Perhaps I'll just rip the cover off the one that broke, since it won't last with the imbalance caused by the missing blade.

Cheap material and easily broken
Fan blades shattered instantly. Made of very very very cheap material. Waste of money

Dirty but ok
Open the box and it looked used. The box inside the Amazon box was torn up, there was dirt on the products, and the solar panels metal rings have rust. They work, though. I bought two kits, currently running both the fans on one panel while I charge my phone and battery pack on the other.

Cheap
Arrived with one fan already had blade broken off it returned for refund

Disappointing.
Disappointed in this- the size was hardly 5 inches. Loud when plugged in if the solar panels aren’t charged enough to run. No on/off switch. Paid $30 and they feel like dollar store.

Fans are really brittle.
Lightly bumped one of the fans while running and three blades fell off. Inspected other fans and found cracks that would cause these to come apart easy. QA is not there prior to shipping. Beware!
