I have never had a more positive experience with and herb and this particular brand of supplements/herbs. Triphala by Himalaya Herb Co. Is worth a try by anyone who has a digestive system... It changes everything. I have borderline Irritable Bowel Disease and decinite Irritable Bowel Syndrome from taking a well know acne pharmaceutical in my teens. Nothing has helped, temporarily or permanently, until now 15 years later. Triphala helped regulate everything in my digestive system. More importantly, my other organs were finally healing due to proper nutrient absorption. I lost 27 pounds by the end of week 6 (was taking 1.5 tablets every night with 12oz. Water before bed the whole time) Have recommended this to friends and family. Expect good results from this product...remember that it will take a few days to a week before seeing a consistently amazing change. Keep taking it for a month and take a before and after pic... So far so good. I’d been taking it for almost a month now. My digesting issues are improving. Not using any anti acid or laxatives. Also, feels that is helping me to follow healthy eating habits since I can skip snacks in between meals or night cravings. I take two pills every night. Even my sleep has improved. I will continue to use it.

This is going to be TMI, but it is what it is considering this product. Lol. I am truly amazed. I'm taking an herbal supplement that slows my digestive motility really bad....I mean practically full stop. The other day, I somehow ended up with diarrhea, but I actually had to push it out, it would not come out on it's own. That's how bad my intestines are right now. Several times I got severely backed up and only produced the small hard balls. I've been taking miralax, which does help with the balls, but it does nothing to get my intestines moving. I was using the non-medicated type of suppositories to force that stuff out! Last night I took one of these. I actually had a stinking urge to go this morning, and I went!! Amazing!! I don't want my body getting used to this though and will only take it a few times a week, but I'm just so glad I found something that gets my intestines moving without harsh stimulants, which strongest dose was not working anyway. I'll update if it no longer works and if this was a fluke, but I'm pretty stoked about this stuff! I also have a hard time swallowing pills, but this wasn't too bad at all.

Arrived on time. Big bottle with giant cotton ball in a bottle. Supposed it protected tablets inside (no broken pieces). Tablets not very smelly- tolerable. Not sure about constipation relief claim, probably need to be taken over longer time. No side effects noticed.

Love this herb. My kids use it too.
