Morton Sea Salt, Coarse, 17.6 Ounce

Definitely course but perfect addition to many things

Didn’t know the granules would be so big. My Dad had an issue with using it to cook, so we add it to water first then use the salty water to flavor the food. Due to the saltiness we don’t use as much salt as we did before.

Headline says it all.

Don’t be like me and skip Coarse. If you want fine salt, This is not it. I had to blend it haha.

You don’t need much and good quality

I use it for all salt in cooking needs instead of Kosher coarse. Our local grocery doesn’t carry this convenient size, and the container is air tight (a big plus living on the Gulf coast waterfront).

Good stuff -- nice and coarse. Add some 90%+ iso and you're good to go.I suppose I should try cooking with it sometime.

I'm happy to see that Morton isn't price gouging for coarse salt like everyone else. I got this when I ran out of a premium brand and it's still perfect for steak.PS - For medium rare, grill a 1.5" steak for 7 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.
