Calmed my anxiety and packed on muscle.
I bought this stuff to help me bulk up in the gym but somehow as an unintended side effect it happens to calm my anxiety that I have dealt with all my life. Thought it was just in my head at first or maybe that working out had made it better but iv ran out twice now for a few days each time and both times my anxiety has came back full force until I get a new bottle. I believe it had helped me pack on some muscle as well and has definetly helped with recovery but what i started taking for muscle growth i now take for anxiety lol. Maybe itll work for someone else that has tried everything under the sun with no luck. Idk but it works for me.

Great muscle building additive.
More of the the good stuff that ISatori puts in their Bio Active whey. The Bio grow is geared towards fast recovery where you can quickly get nutrients to the muscles. Its made from colostrum which is rich in proteins and other ingredients that support muscle growth and repair.

Must use blender to help it dissolve simple stirring did not work. Blending helped the flavor alot
