You eat them whole??!
Not sure how I feel about eating whole peanuts. When I saw these, I had my reservations about how enjoyable they’d be. When they arrived, I popped one in my mouth and was surprised at how digestible it was. It’s still a very fibrous experience, but you can definitely eat it whole. I ended up cracking the rest open, tossing the shells and just licking the flavor off my fingers every once and a while. I let my friend all try some and everyone seemed to have the same overall feeling about these. Not bad.. but I guess it’s just one of those things that people enjoy more because they grew up with it.For the record, I got the sample pack and the garlic flavor was a bit light.

delicious and salted just right
I have been eating regular roasted salted peanuts whole for decades and stumbled upon these on Amazon (it's a weird thing that my grandpa taught me as a boy and I don't think I've even met anyone who ate peanuts whole). I wish I had found these deep-fired ones years ago, because they are fantastic. So 5 stars for taste.A little steeply priced at about twice the cost of regular roasted salted peanuts. I can't imagine it costs THAT much more to deep-fry versus roast...The packaging has a nutrition label but does not list the ingredients (although the site says fried in soybean oil). It was difficult to find the best-by date (which is sufficiently months in the future). Also, while the bag might have kept them fresh just fine, it is an awkward bag to re-seal once opened. You have to remove a third or more of the peanuts in order to wrap a tie around it. Best thing to do is pour them all into something else when first opened and toss the bag.Lastly, as a low-carb eater, this is a great snack. However, as someone who tries to stay paleo, soybean oil is a no-no. Try adding an option with a different oil.

Pretty great!
Flavors are a bit lacking, so I removed 1 star for that. Other than that they're a pretty great snack.

Different Tastes For Different Folks
I basically like most all kinds of peanuts so I thought I would give these a try. Well, if you like eating seasoned/flavored shells this makes a nice crunchy snack. However, the peanuts themselves are very small so you get very little if any actual peanut flavor when you eat shell and all. And if you just eat the tiny peanuts by themselves you find that all the flavoring or seasoning is just on the shells - the tiny peanuts have very little flavor - other than I guess a slight plain roasted peanut flavor (for what flavor there is). After eating a few I thought about throwing the rest outside thinking maybe the squirrels, birds, or other critters might eat them. Then I thought, I wonder what would happen if I cooked the things like you would for preparing boiled peanuts, so I threw a small batch in a small pot with water, added a little salt and a little Cajun/creole seasoning (just a fraction of the amount compared to if you were preparing normal boiled peanuts from scratch with raw peanuts (and I didn't add any shrimp-crab boil liquid concentrate like I would for actually boiling raw peanuts from scratch)) and let the peanuts simmer about 1 to 1-1/2 hours (basically long enough for the shells to soften up). So I've been doing that and eating the tiny peanuts which then have a little more flavor from the brine mix. Still have some that I haven't fixed up yet, so don't know if I will continue to go through the hassle of preparing the rest or just go back to my original thought and throw them out for the critters. Definitely will not be purchasing any more.

Great snack, pretty salty
I ordered the variety pack, 10 oz. each of “Slightly Salty, Roasted Garlic, and Spicy Hot.” The flavor and texture is great and made for a pretty good snack, with one exception… these are pretty salty, and after a few rounds of snacking on these I’m starting to wish they weren’t so salty. Yo the point where I would think twice before ordering these again. It’s a good idea, and the flavor variety is nice. I personally don’t care for that much salt with every bite.

An Acquired Taste
Salty and Crunchy. However, let’s not forget half of what you are eating is commonly found on floors in bars throughout the world.Just sayin’.

Great taste if you like salted deep fried peanuts.
I loved the shell texture and crunchiness. The Garlic butter ones are so so. Very little garlic. The salted ones are good but not great. The Hot and Spicy while not being very hot or spicy taste so much better than regular peanuts it is unreal. The spice apparently enhances that flavor. I am now addicted to them. Just now received a new 3 pack of Hot and Spicy. With a well chilled West 6th IPA or maybe a Jai Alai IPA I am in heaven. These peanuts and craft beer, I am living the good life.😁🍺
