Stopped working in one year- zero customer service
Started shooting flames after one year, started on fire and broke. No customer service at all. Do not buy.

100% recommend.I’ll start with cons so my pros make sense:Cons:- the magnet on the curling attachment broke within one use BUT see customer service “pro” below which made up for itPros:- hairdryer has excellent wind pressure, quiet, and dries my hair (which is ridiculously thick and long) in under 5 minutes. Truly a miracle- customer service is actually incredible. Evan responded to me at ALL hours of the day with updates on my order, tracking info, etc., when I told him my curling attachment broke AND sent me 4 replacement attachments (2 curling and 2 I hadn’t even ordered) to make up for the issue
