NOW Supplements, NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) 10 mg with 200 mg D-Ribose, 60 Veg Capsules

I am 43 and always looking for non caffeine ways to boost energy and mental clarity. I’d actually purchased the first bottle a year ago and took them for 2 to 3 weeks but I honestly don’t remember feeling much. Then I stumbled across another article talking about NAD+ and NADH and to not take them with other supplements. I’d remembered that I had a bottle and started taking them again. This time I started to take it first thing in the morning with water before coffee and about an hour before my other supplements. It took about 7-10 days but I honestly can notice a huge boost in energy and cognitive enhancement. I’ve taken them for 2 weeks consistently and just purchased my second bottle. The first 2-3 days I had some tummy issues but nothing crazy and after that I’ve had not changes. Highly recommend.

I'm used to taking regular sublingual NADH or ENADA NADH, but it's EXPENSIVE!!! This is NOT a sublingual, but it seems to work pretty well and it's quite a bit less expensive, so I'll either stick with it, or go without NADH! I had to become really familiar with supplements - I've had some pretty serious health issues for about 30 years, and western medicine has utterly failed at helping. I've had to find things that would help me the most. I use a combination of Ayurvedic medicine, herbs, amino acids, whey protein, and vitamins. This supplement, for me, has helped me with fatigue. So I will continue to take it because anything that helps the fatigue is a good thing. There's nothing worse than being 50ish, and feeling like you're 80! This formulation of NADH also contains ribose - which I would take anyway, and although the dose is small, and the NADH is not sublingual - which is not the way I would normally prefer to take it. This is affordable, and seems to help somewhat, so it's better than paying way too much and agonizing over sublingual NADH, or taking a lesser dose of NADH and not being satisfied with that. I take supplements for a host of autoimmune disorders where I need a boost to my mitochondrial energy. I've tried to add them in gradually ... one at a time so I can tell if they help or not. I know some people would prefer to take NADH sublingually - generally I would as well, but I haven't found it it to be an issue with this particular supplement. Since it's a capsule, I open it up and put it in a very small amount of water stir, and drink, and I haven't had any issues what so ever. I would recommend for those who would supplement with these two supplements, or people who need a subtle boost in energy - not a miracle - works over a period of time - approximately 3 months to really tell whether it's helping.

I like swimming, but every time I swim, my heart feels a bit stuffy when my heart and lungs can't keep up with the amount of exercise. I took a combination of HADA and Q10 for about 2 weeks Under the same amount of exercise, I no longer feel chest tightness and my energy is better than before. Thanks!
