Product damaged before even being packed into shipping box.
Seller thought it was appropriate to sell a product that was damaged prior to them placing it into shipping packaging. There is no way that this damage was done during transit as there was no damage to the plastic bag or the external packing envelope. It was the correct product, shipped promptly, and upon initial testing appears to work correctly.
