My experience is very positive with this product. I purchased these and will use the same brand again. They hold up well especially to wrap up a piece of meat during the end (depending on cut last hour or two) of the cook in a smoker to retain moisture. I have never had a breakdown of this brand of butcher paper. If you follow instructions the juices when you unwrap will just flow out of the paper although not "steaming" and ruining the meat like aluminum foil at the end of the cook. Although already "smoked" prior to wrapping it allows for some additional smoke the last hour or two after wrapping. Great for briskets or roasts.

We got a new smoker grill and my husband wanted to use butcher papers instead of aluminum sheets. We purchased a few rolls in different sizes. These papers were great! They were easy to handle and did a great job as far as smoking meats goes. I used it to grill a whole salmon filet on our regular gas grill a couple of days ago. I doubled up the sheets and tucked the corners in and made it a box to keep the juice in and the salmon turned out juicy and delicious. We love these butcher papers!

If you don't have some of this pink butcher's paper, you should get some for wrapping your BBQ ribs. The product worked as expected. The price was good too. I recommend this product.

My family does a lot of seafood boils and crab boils. I also smoke meats once or twice a week and this paper has been great. It was inexpensive and serves every purpose it is intended for. The only reason I left 1 star off is because if you are using a lot of butter and placing this paper onto a surface that you don't want to get dirty you will need to double up. The paper absorbs the oil and unfortunately soaks through. Other than that this product is perfect for what it's intended for and I will continue to buy it.

This is a great product for wrapping meat during certain times while smoking it. I use it to wrap a pork shoulder that stalls during smoking. The stalls I have experienced occur around a meat temperature of around 160° F.

I use this to wrap brisket and ribs when smoking...it works awesome! And the 24 inch width is a plus because with the narrower paper you have to double it up...so the 24vinch is a money saver!

I always use foil and I wanted to step up my game. This was a PEFECT solution! I've already used it to make ribs and a brisket and they both came out perfect. I think that the paper also lets the meat "breath" a bit where foil seals it in. I've had great results with this paper and look forward to using it more!

Product is good and I use it for wrapping when smoking. Good price and comes from USA! What else is there to say.
