Do they have good grip for wet surfaces?

Do they stretch out after break in period, I went down a 1/2 size and they are just a little snug

What size would fit a women’s size 9 1/2 ?

Will these shoes stretch with wear? Based on the reviews, I ordered the 8.5, my normal size and my toes hit the front a bit.
