My converse are way less uncomfortable thanks to these. I work in retail walking probably 10 miles a day at least, and my feet don'thurt whenbi have these in my shoes. I also put them in my Doc Martins that are not broken in yet.

I didn't think there would work that great being so cheap. I always got custom made orthodox inserts from Road Runners. These are 100% worth every penny. They work great! I have plantars fasciitis and I don't feel pain when walking with a pair of these in my sneakers. It's amazing. I'm going to buy a second pair as well.

I'm giving these a 4 star review because they do not eliminate my planter fasciitis pain. What they actually do for me is greatly lessen the first step pain in the morning. I used to dread getting out of bed in the morning because the pain was so great I would be limping for 15 minutes afterwards. After wearing these insoles for 3 days, the pain has greatly diminished. It's still there, but I can easily withstand it. I found that the sizing was perfect, I wear a women's size 9.5 and I didn't have to cut the insole at all to fit. Overall, I think buying these insoles were worth it and hopefully after extended use they will help with my continued pain.

These have good cushioning and arch support. Somewhat hard & firm. I wore them in my sneakers for about 4-6 days and it didn't eliminate my arch pain, but helped somewhat. What actually helped was icing my arch for 10-15 minutes a couple of times a day. Then I bought another type of insert.

I recently started having some foot pain, especially around my heel, and decided to try the Dr. Scholl’s Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotic Insoles to see if they would help. After using them for a while, I can definitely say they’ve made a noticeable difference. The insoles provide really good support, especially in the heel area where I was feeling the most discomfort. Once I put them in my shoes, I immediately noticed that my feet felt more cushioned and stable while walking. They help distribute the pressure on my feet better, which has reduced the soreness I was experiencing throughout the day. I also like that they fit well in most of my shoes without feeling bulky. I’ve been using them during daily activities, and my feet feel much more comfortable than before. Overall, these insoles have helped relieve a lot of the foot pain I was dealing with and have made walking and standing for longer periods much easier. If you’re experiencing heel pain or plantar fasciitis discomfort, these are definitely worth trying.

Got the inserts yesterday and pain and pain immediately stopped! Great product! Cut to my size and was very comfortable in my shoes. A must buy for you folks suffering from heel pain. The magic is in the arch support. Will buy more.

i work on my feet for 9.5 hours 5 days a week, since i’ve bought these i’m no longer limping in the middle of the night or even after sitting down for a minimum of 15-20 mins. 10 out of 10 brand if you’re struggling with plantar fasciitis

Suite à une entorse avec rupture de ligament de ma cheville droite… j’avais quotidiennement une fatigue plantaire et des douleurs au talon, surtout durant et après mes journées de travail où je piétine énormément !! Et là, le premier jour où j’ai utilisé ces semelles, je ressentais comme une gêne et des crampes au niveau de ma voûte plantaire, mais finalement, en rentrant chez moi ensuite, aucune douleur ni fatigue du pied comme avant ! Et les jours suivants m’ont apporté un confort immédiat et durable ressenti tout au long de la journée ! C’est même impressionnant pour moi, les bienfaits de ces semelles… que je regrette de ne pas avoir pris plus tôt !! Je vais même en recommandé une seconde paire d’avance ou pour d’autres chaussures !

I bought these because my PF in both feet got so bad I was barely able to walk anymore. Within minutes of putting them in my slippers I was able to walk up and down the front room without staggering and hobbling like Frankenstein's monster in a 1930s movie. I felt like I had lost a stone in weight because movement became so much easier. I took my slippers off and repeated the same walking about barefoot - and I COULD! I actually started to cry with relief. That was at 1.30pm today and it is now 7pm. I've been wearing them continually, and managed to walk around a garden centre for a few hours with only minimal pain from my underused leg muscles (not been able to walk more than 20 yards for about 2 months now). Obviously my heels and the parts of my feet which usually hurt still do a bit, but that is to be expected as the tendons will take time to heal with continued use of these insoles. But I am optimistic. I was even able to walk down a short flight of steps without doing so sideways and taking agonised baby steps. And I walked rapidly as I always used to without thinking about it. WOW! Would highly recommend these. My only criticism would be that the women's ones are nearly £28 whilst the mens are £21 which makes no sense. You also have to get used to being almost continually aware of weird lumps under your feet, these don't feel 'natural' and I doubt that any orthotics of this nature do - that is to be expected. Regardless, it feels a damn site better to be walking on these than putting up with crippling PF!

Was joke says size 6 to 10 so I cut according the size I need witch was 7 put in and they small not reach end of shoes so no way its right size description. I had same company from boots was good quality and correct 👌 don't recommend to anyone
