how much weight can this handle? One of the provided product images says the 200 is a printing error and 50 is correct. Yet description says 200.

I bought this several months ago and sure enough the box says holds up to 50 LB. We used one of the two pairs and hung a very large, heavy painting. In my experience of using a lot of different kinds of cleats, I sure would think this thing is rated for much more than 50 pounds. There is a another brand of metal cleats by OOK. Their 18 inch metal cleat is rated for 200 pounds, for example. I was impressed by the quality of the item you’re asking about.
