Bandai Hobby No.09 Justice Gundam Seed 1/144-Real Grade

I wasn't a big fan of the justice design to begin with, and I didn't care for the real grade freedom too much, so I was not too excited about this model, being the freedoms brother, essentially. It has the same shoulder joints as the freedom, meaning the arms are slightly too weak to hold the gun and shield in certain positions, but you can easily fix that by applying some glue and moving it around in the joint until it hardens without letting it connect the pieces. The thing that really sold it to me is the backpack. It's absolutely insane that they don't show the backpack in action because it is by far my favorite part of the model if not one of the most interesting things I've seen out of the entire real grade line. Yes, just the backpack. The wings flip up and rotate to move bewteen a backpack and a hoverboard style thing (It has spots for the justice to actually stand on top of it and ride it). It also extends and retracts out of and into the backpack to vary the length between backpack and riding mode. It has 4 cool guns which can rotate and swivel around on it which are fun to play with and look nice. The justice can ride on it if it flips down these two flaps and slots the tabs into two hidden holes under the feet. It's just fun to play with and easily one of the most sturdy feeling real grade parts. The only real downsides are the loose shoulder joints and the fact that the off colors of the nubs are difficult to hide if you stress them out, because most reds are too dark for the pinkish reds. So, be careful with that.

This was my first real grade kit. I really enjoyed the process. The kit is much sturdier than I thought. If you have the glider/backpack folded down then it’s possible to stand without an action base. Otherwise, the kit comes with a very small stand leg that you can plug into an action base. See my pic. I love the two tone color scheme on this kit. Two points: with all real grades, have sand paper and small tools ready to clean up the plastic nubs and apply stickers. Secondly, there are two places that I thought were critical to paint on this kit for screen accuracy. The blue piece above the crown comes clear with no sticker. The beam rifle scope is also clear and can be painted. All in all, I would strongly recommend this kit if you are a fan of the source material. I would also recommend this one if you are looking for a good gun pla build. Just take your time and follow the directions closely. Note: the directions are in Japanese but the pictures are detailed enough to follow.

I absolutely love the real grade bandai models and this one is no exception! If your thinking about buying it pull the trigger you won't regret it!

As an RG, the Justice looks great with very nice detail. It has the same beam rifle, beam swords, and shield as the Freedom. The two beam sabers can be connected together to form a Darth Maul/Gelgoog configuration. Colorwise, this kit lacks the bright colors seen in the original anime. While this trait is shared with many other RG kits, it especially shows in the Justice because most of the kit is red. What makes this kit really stand out from the other RGs is the amount of gimmicks available in the backpack. The backpack has its up and down configurations with the fins deployed or folded down, the cannons swivel up and down, and the backpack can be removed to be ridden by the Justice. There is even an additional piece meant to support the backpack while it is in its up position, as it would not be able to stay up otherwise.

My 3rd build and 1st rg! Let me tell you, this build is definitely not for beginners. If this is your first rg build then I don't suggest it because of how tedious this set is. However, if you enjoy detailing then this is the perfect RG for you. The whole thing has a ridiculous amount of runners and decals so if you're new to the game then I suggest getting something easier like char's zaku or rx178 mk ii titans. PROS- 1. Super detailed and visually stunning 2. Lots of decals 3. Tons of posing options with the backpack 4. If you love seed gundams then this is the one for you 5. I got this for $20 so I'm so happy about this steal CONS- 1. If you want to pose this thing at all you probably need an action base of some sort cause the backpack is giant 2. Refer to 1 3. Panel lining is a pain because of the backpack so make sure that if you do you need to be patient 5. The v on the head piece falls off a ton so I rec super glue or glue to make sure it holds 6. Kneepads and leg armors also fall off a little Other than that the gunpla is beautiful and an amazing build esp. for posing!

Had a lot of fun putting it together. This was my first Gunpla and it felt fairly straightforward. I did break a couple of the very small pieces by trying to force them into place. I learned that if it doesn't click in easily, don't force it you're doing it wrong. Still looks very cool on my shelf.

I love this kit. This is what got me hooked onto the RG line, and it might have been the kit that took me the longest to put together, since I had only built HGs before that and was not used to the more intricate builds. The whole red/pink scheme is refreshing and a nice break from the standard gundam colors. It looks great and comes with a very nice amount of features, the backpack being the one that stands out. Like some other builders, I had a little bit of trouble getting the backpack to snap together properly, though a few minutes of fiddling and pressing solved that issue. The V-fins love to pop off, especially when you're adjusting the flight pack, so I ended up gluing it to the headpiece. The only other issue is that the backpack is so heavy that it really limits the number of ground poses you can do with it on, though adding an action base really brings out the best of this gundam.

Bought after watching gundam build fighters. Picked because it was cheap. I was not prepared for the amazing product inside. Let me just say this rg line is amazing. This gundam started a raging addiction for me. The level of detail packed into these things is just outstanding. The inner frames in each differ from the one before it and the articulation is great, you can work some fantastic poses, especially with an action base 2. This particular RG Justice mobile suit is just awesome, i love the aesthetics and coloring of it, 1 con is it tends to have a hard time standing with its backpack attached but that is nothing. Be sure to get a pair of hobby nippers for these kits, it helps drastically. If you want to finish it perfectly grab some tweezers and a black gundam marker and panel line and decal this baby to really make it shine, top it off with some matte clear coat and be impressed. This is a great model.

Llegó muchísimo antes de lo esperado y en perfecto estado. ¿Y qué decir? Es una figura original, por lo qué la calidad es perfecta. Contentísima con mi compra. Para novatos cómo yo: es un modelo RG (esc 1/144) por lo que es un Gundam pequeñín, os recomiendo empezar por aquellos que sean MG (son algo mayores y más “cómodos” para montar).

Stunning color separation, hyper articulation (even with the massive Fatum-00 backpack!), and incredible shel presence straight out of the box. Some tiny parts require care, but the build is immensely satisfying.

Sarà che ha le forme di un Gundam con i colori di uno Zaku, sarà che è dotato di un'astronave enorme che si può attaccare dietro o usare come cavalcatura, ma questo modello si fa davvero notare. La qualità è la solita degli RG, differenziazione dei colori notevole e dettagli straordinari, unico "neo" è che con il backpack messo non sta in piedi. In quell'astronave è così grande che pensare che possa stare in piedi quando l'ha attaccata alle spalle è poco realistico per cui per me non è un difetto. Consiglio questo modello a chi vuole qualcosa che si faccia notare in mezzo agli altri kit.

Another great build and looks fantastic when set amongst my other builds & the standard Gundam red/blue/white suit colours. With the gilder pack to build as well this is great value for money. Typical RG kit - really well detailed and brilliant colour separation. Slightly fiddly in places due to the small parts, but that is why I enjoy RG's so much too. Only gripe is that it is very back-heavy due to the pack, but that is expected - it does have a little kick-stand included you can use to prop it up with cannons etc. over the shoulders though

This is my 1st GunPla Gundam & Trust me its one of the BEST REAL GRADE GUNDAMS you can ever get ! Once you have built it this figure looks SImply MindBlowing & the colors are awesome .
