I didn’t even want to put a one star because I’m so very unhappy but had to to get to go through the review process. I am a long time Amazon shopper, all the things Amazon subscriber, spend a ton of money with Amazon and to say I am dissatisfied with the product and customer service would be an understatement.I purchased this ice machine and it sat in the box, unharmed until we were finished with construction. Plugged it in and hooked it up to water. It worked for MAYBE 5 days and now it does not work. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, nothing. Got the codes on what’s wrong but not an easy fix. We called Amazon and they said, you need to call the manufacturer. We called the manufacturer and they said, you need to call Amazon. Called amazon back and after being on the phone for 45 minutes, was hung up on and No returned phone call. This is not a cheap ice machine and honestly, I had better expectations but I should have known better.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ICE MACHINE!

Almost 2 months out, product works great with no issue. Makes plenty of ice very quickly!
The one I bought has a 48 lb bin, which is plenty. Additionally, it can make almost 300 lbs per day, which comes to find out is more than enough. The Price was great!

Issues
I had issues with a refrigerant leak and had a replacement sent out and had the same issues within 3 weeks of having both ice makers.

This ice machine has surpassed what I expected by a long shot. My only issue is that it makes ice so fast its more than I needed. The capacity and speed is great. Run it for 2-3 hours in the am and I can fill a cooler and still have ice for the day for the house. And the best part is that my wife loves it. Excellent product so far.

Terrible
Easy to install but trash other then that. Very thin & cheap. My ice chest can keep ice harder then this machine can wasting my electricity….waste of money

Motor Stopped Pulling Water In
So worked for a while, but the motor stopped pulling water to the ice making tray so it just makes noises. Will be having an appliance repairman come out to try to salvage it. Might be best to find a more durable and longer lasting machine.

Makes ice fast and holds it for a long time fits nicely in its spot in my outdoor kitchen
