I have been taking this supplement for over a year now to help with my bad cholesterol levels and it has been AMAZING. My doctor recommended it last year and I have seen amazing results. My latest bloodwork after just 1 year shows how much improvement I have made! I have been also trying to eat healthier, so I'm sure that helps too, but this supplement is a fantastic alternative to prescription and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who is working with their doctor on cholesterol levels.
