These probiotics are very good. They are easy to dissolve in your mouth and are tasty. They have been helping as part of a proper oral hygiene routine to not have inflamed gums as well as better breadth.

Bought these for another person that really needed some oral help! The bad breath started improving almost immediately after using them a couple days! These dissolve in the mouth and don't taste bad.

This might very well accomplish the goal of diminishing the amount of "bad" bacteria, but there was no noticeable diminishment of plaque during my last check-up. They taste good, though, and it's nice to have a mint I can take at night without worrying about plaque build-up or decay.

There is a perceptible difference in my mouth.
