They come in a box and are separated in 3 heavy duty zip lock bags. Hope this helps.

It is safe for hamsters to consume but its purpose is not for eating. It’s more for decoration and to add different smells and textures for your hamster’s enclosure. It’s just like other substrates you can buy for your hamsters, like moss. Though moss is safe it’s not really for hamster diet. I imagine there are probably some hamsters out there that would be happy to nibble on these flower heads though!
