This shilajit is wonderful! For a source of minerals, this stuff is excellent! I was introduced to shilajit last year by a good friend and after researching a bit, you find that some that is sourced contains heavy metals that are not good for our systems. Holistic bin is not that! They provide a wonderful lab-test showing the breakdown of everything inside it with absolute transparency! This is something that is so rare today and so appreciated! Not only that, but it tastes fantastic! The smell is very resin-y but the taste is this deep, earthy tone. I put it in tea once or twice a day and I notice a dramatic difference in how I feel in a positive way! Highly recommend, and at this price point no doubt I will buy again!

Add my kudos to the pile. The taste is unique and very mineral rich. You can feel it right away. One thing I didn’t like was the glue used to keep a foam protective cover over the product for shipping. Please find another solution to this (wax?) because I don’t want glues/adhesive chemicals or foam anywhere near the things I put in my body. Nothing they have told you about foam and chemicals is true. They are not safe in any quantity and if you don’t want cancer get rid of these in your life.

Holistic Bin Shilajit Resin is great for my energy. The directions say use 4 days and take couple days off. I didn’t count the days, but I started feeling jittery by taking it too many days in a row. After realizing that, I took 3 days off and decided to use it every other day because I’m very sensitive. The spoon is less than 3& 1/4” with a spatula type end for measuring. I tend to put too much on it, I think. So I’ll try to use less because I know consistency is key for wellness, and maybe I will then be able to use daily. As others have mentioned, the taste isn’t good, so I put it in my morning coffee along with butter, cream, Celtic salt, & my collagen protein powder. The coffee is so creamy it’s actually delicious even with a blob of Shilajit. I like that it has both fulvic & humic acid for health. ☕️

I'd love to give this a 5 star but I have no scientific way of knowing exactly what I've got to be honest. Its a bit pungent to take. I'm pretty good at mustering through a lot of strong taste but this might be very offsetting to many people. I call it my goat elixir. It taste like super rich soil with the taste of what goats smell like. I'm not sure exactly how fulvic acid is suppose to taste like but it is the deepest earth thing I have tasted yet. I haven't gotten sick or anything from it and not sure of super benefits but I also haven't been taking it long enough, if anyone understands the body and how long it can take each individual. I drink it in warm water to dissolve it plain or mix in ginger and honey and its a little bit sweeter. I really do hope its what it says it is and that over time it will deliver very noticeable benefits holistically. We shall see. The packaging is very nice and simplistic. Maybe in time I'll be able to upgrade a bit more on the reviews.
