It's only been a week since I've been using this cream but so far so good! Once the product shipped, I received an email from the company giving me a brief description about who they are what they stand for. They donate part of their proceeds to women and children in improvised countries which I feel is fabulous! They are available for you to reach out should you have any questions. Customer service is absolutely superb and I hope that even if they do grow this will stay.I received the order as stated (I believe it was 2 days) and the bottle is a good size. I am a 36 year old woman and am Asian-American. I am not a paid product tester but appreciate other's reviews when researching products. I wish I had taken before pics but will remember for the future. :)I have thin skin and it's super sensitive. I break out using even sensitive skin products. It took me a long time to choose a product and actually buy it because I have tried so many things from the less expensive to the stuff I couldn't really afford. This cream is very rich without being greasy. I absolutely love it! It doesn't really have a scent (maybe a little waxy if that's what you would call it) but it doesn't linger. The bottle also states that you can use it all over the face if you wish. I have used it around my mouth when the skin is drier than the other parts of my face and I have NOT broken out. I can't say that my dark circles have vanished but it has helped with the overall appearance. The skin looks plump and healthy and feels fantastic.Now, I have only been using this for a little over a week, so I will try to give an update after 60 days of use. But so far, I would highly recommend that you try their products!

Yes, it is a nice cream but it made my eyes puffy. Is a sort of pump dispense and difficult to regulate how much is dispensed. I'm not prone to allergies, so not sure why it doesn't work. Have better luck with roll on caffeine products.UPDATE; 7/30/17First, let me say that this company has outstanding customer service. Within a day of the above review, they had written and offered to make good on this eye cream. Wonderful! What I learned the following day at the doctor was something I had forgotten years ago when I stopped wear fingernail polish. Many times, puffy eyes are caused by changing to a new brand or color of polish. We often touch our eyes with our fingers without really thinking about it. Around the time that the cream was delivered, I began wearing Hard as Nails polish. My apologies to Niara Beauty for my error. Try it, you'll like it!

Cool packaging and fair price.Pros: The consistency is nice. and it doesn't absorb as readily as some (not a problem since I don't use anything other than moisturizer on my face). However it does feel good after it absorbs some.Cons: The delivery system is a bit too much - lends better for dispensing an amount for your face versus a smaller amt for the eye area...and trust me no matter how much I tried to ease a small amount out...not happening with the pump on this. The other thing is it burns - almost like a sunscreen if it creeps into the eye (at least for me)...I'll try it a few more times to see if it is a ph thing for my eyes to adjust to, but I'm only cautiously optimistic about it.

I like that this product contains natural ingredients and has no strong perfume scent. It is basically odorless, which I prefer, especially in a product I'm putting around my eyes. The consistency is nice and creamy, not too thick or too watery. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all. The bottle is also a great size and will last me for a while. I've actually noticed that this cream has made my eyelashes softer and they appear longer when I apply my mascara in the mornings. Overall, I would recommend this product and plan to purchase it again when I run out.

Shortly after I started using this cream I got a staph infection that ran from my eye down to my nose and that even antibiotics can not completely heal. It has been painful and will most likely leave a bad scar. I had great hopes for the cream and liked everything about it I thought, until the pressure on my face became unbearable. So, be careful and go to your doctor to have that weeping fluid tested for staph if you have anything that causes you concern. Item smelled bad, like it was spoiled, too old. Company acted like it could not be bothered and carefully reworded my letter so that they made themselves look innocent and my skin infection look unrelated. As someone with three degrees and 20 years experience in Public Health, there is no doubt in my mind that their product caused my skin infection which is very deep, almost all the way through to the other side of my skin and WILL NOT HEAL, I have had it now for nearly two months, so please do not buy this product and if you do, report them to the Health Department. There is obviously going to be a deep scar left on my face from using this product. THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP SELLING IT AND KEEP NOT CARING IF IT MAKES YOU SICK IF YOU DO NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
