Does it come with lighter fluid?

No, it does not come with lighter fluid. It is illegal to transport via mail a lighter that is already fueled (any and all lighter fluid has to be shipped in its factory packaging) and this Zippo does not include a can of Zippo fluid; however, you can order a can of Zippo lighter fluid for dirt cheap. I purchase all of my lighter fluid here on Amazon as it’s a good deal cheaper than at a local store. You can also buy fluid at your local Walmart or at your local tobacconist who sells more than just bongs and vape juice.
