Very authentic and a little fishy tasting. I do like them but they are an acquired taste. If you’re looking for a typical USA ramin or miso soup, you might be disappointed. Once you try it a few times, you’ll develop a taste for them if you typically like authentic Asian cuisine. It’s a warm cup of umami and seaweed treat, if you’re craving a really bold, flavorful cup of broth.

Great value! I loved the miso, but some of the dry ingredients were meh. If anything, it could use more seaweed.

when i can't find something to eat this is where i go. i had gotten a 12 pack at a store closer to me that only had three flavors but i really enjoyed the green onion. was very strong for those who don't really find green onion appealing. i often end up mixing one or two (maybe even 3 together) bc they are that good. quite filling. good texture, easy to make, How hot varies on you i make mine BOILING hot before i add anything in to ensure i get the right temp and flavor.
