Great Omega product, I can see wonderful skin improvement.

I've only been using them a week now, so I'm not sure how to review them. I recently had some blood work done and my cholesterol was a little high. Of course, you get told to add fiber, eat more fish/less red meat and all that stuff. My sister, who is a nurse for a cardiologist said these were the supplements the doctor she works for recommends to her patients, so I thought I'd order some. I keep the in the fridge and no fishy smells and no fishy burps.
