How big are the capsules?

Big. Exactly 1 inch long- I just measured. You can bite them to get the fish oil and spit out the flattened capsule. Lemon flavored, tastes fine.

Does this product have soy in it?

The vitamin E that we add to our Elite Omega-3 Gems is derived from soy, but the proteins have been removed. Therefore, it can be considered soy free.
