FLARUT Mens Closed Toe Hiking Sandals,Leather Athletic Water Shoes

I've never done this before but here is a review of a product I bought almost 2 years ago (Aug, 2, 2024). I am so pleased with these sandals that I was compelled to post this review. I have worn these for about 6 months each year, May to October, since I live in CT. They have held up remarkably well, with just a little wear on the sole under the heel. They are very comfortable, flexible, and lightweight such that they are my go-to shoe all spring, summer and fall. I really like the closed toe that is roomy enough for my big feet. I wear size 12 or 13, depending on the shoe. I took a chance and bought these size 12 since they appeared to be adjustable. That was the right decision so I believe these run a little (maybe half size) big. And, they are exceedingly adjustable. Incredibly, the price today is the same I paid 2 years ago! Check out the picture: Yes, that is a two year old, everyday-worn sandal! Highly recommended!

I just bought these sandals. I wore them all day today and I'm very happy with them. Very comfortable, good looking and seemingly well made. Just becareful with the sizing. Amazon does not translate metric sizing well to US sizing. Amazon reccomended a 46 EU for my US size 12 feet but I know from years of shoe selling experience, that's too big. EU size 45 is generally best for US size 12 feet, so I bought that size and they fit perfect.

So, I got a recommendation for a similar pair of sandals on FaceBook. I NEVER trust FaceBook Ads, so I looked thru Amazon to see if I could find something similar. I happened on these & I am so glad I did. I really like that while the toe is enclosed, it's not very narrow. A lot of my walking shoes crowd my toes & after wearing them to work all day, all I want to do is get them off. And overall they are very comfy. I am wearing them. to work today & so far I am very pleased. And for the money, they are a great value. Well worth the effort. UPDATE: Thought I would tack this on. Once the summer was over, I went back to wearing my normal shoes on a regular basis ... and my toes started spasming. I figured it had to be because they were getting crowded again now that I stopped wearing the sandals with their wider toe box. So I set about looking for a sneaker with a wider toe box. Got a pair of Saguaro Barefoot Trail runners & my toes are happy again ! So much so, I am looking to get a pair of Saguaro winter hikers as well. So I will wear the Trail Runners in Spring & Fall, the hikers in the winter, and the sandals in the summer. And my toes will thank me !

These are very excellent sandals/shoes and I expect to get many years of use out of them. They are well made and good looking. However ....... ........ the European sizing is not really compatible/transferable to American sizing. I wear a size 12 shoe so I bought a European size 46 and it was enormous. I returned it for a 45 that is a better fit; still a little big, but better. I can live with it. NOTE: I just checked these shoe sizing and it seems that Amazon is now presenting them in American sizes rather than European sizing. Nevertheless, these shoes/sandals run large so you might want to consider that when purchasing.

If there were 10 stars to give this product and this brand I would give 11. I bought these sandals over 2 years ago. Wore them day into day, season into season, year into year. In the cold of winter I'd wear them in the house, sometimes with thermal socks, as house shoes. Yeah, they are that versatile and THAT comfortable. Last month I began having a problem with the velcro not gripping securely on the heel straps. So I contacted FLARUT via the Amazon Support portal, hoping I might gain some insight as to how to fix the local problem. The seller responded within 24 hours with sincere apologies for the performance problem of the sandals I had purchased. Even though my sandals were well out of the OEM warranty window, I was informed that a new replacement pair was being shipped to me directly from FLARUT. How sweet is that, right? So I got nothing bad to say about these sandals or FLARUT. They went the extra mile. And as for me--well, the new sandals arrived, and it's happy feet and happy hiking again! How sweet it is!

GREAT VALUE! !! !!! Just finished a 2 mile break in walk. No issues, my main concern was "heal rub" and there was none. The fit is true and they are very comfortable. I, most likely, will buy another pair to have in reserve! !! !!!

These sandals are awesome with a few caveats. Sizing is great. Comfortable. Durability is lacking on the Velcro. I believe I’ve had them for around 3-4 months. Check out the pictures of the inner food pad wear. Overall they are great for I wish the Velcro was better.

En el 2023 compré mi primer par. Los llevé a un viaje de un mes en él que estuve en el mar, en la montaña y en la selva. Fueron el único calzado que llevé. Los metí al mar, a ríos, caminé sobre piedras, sobre arena y tierra y no les pasó nada. Pensé que por ser de piel se dañarían con el agua y no. Acabo de comprar este nuevo par de otro color! Súper recomendables!

Sólo que hay que escoger el número exacto de calzado porque viene muy grandes ', pero son cómodas y logre ajustar a mi número .
