causing acidity, doubtful benefits
so ive tried on the recommendation of a friend, has a pleasant medicinal taste. but it caused me acidity both times i have had it, the first time i had uncontrollable hiccups for the entire day. and i didnt feel that i got any therapeutic benefits from it, but im not sure what a proper dose is supposed to be. definitely contributes to blasting the myth that natural stuff has no side effects. anyway, if you are prone to acidity, this may aggravate it.
