Re-hydration and Cramp Avoidance
I use Electrolyte Supreme after playing Pickleball for 2 1/2 to 3 hours to avoid cramps. This re-hydrates me. I have not had a significant cramp in over 2 years.

Great way to get more electrolytes
These were recommended by my doctor as a way to stay hydrated and get more electrolytes into my day. They taste great and I like that they do not incorporate sugar into the ingredients. I took off one star due to the packaging- I wish it were more eco friendly- there is a lot of waste with individually wrapped portions. I will take a better look at the description before buying next time.

This is a great electrolyte supplement. Tastes good, tests well by my naturopathic doctor. Highly recommend

Serious electrolytes.
These are serious electrolytes. They have everything that you’d want as far as ingredients go and taste good. I use one packet in a 16 oz water bottle and they taste good albeit a bit salty. The instructions say you can add to 8 oz but I wouldn’t recommend. I chose these because of the magnesium amino acid chelate - the absorbable form of magnesium. I’ve also recommended these to my friends that have had diarrhea with other magnesium formulations. They have no trouble with these. The only reason I took a star off is that they are expensive.
