Repaired our desk chair with the black leather roll. The chair looks great and the product seems extremely durable. Be aware that the item is extremely sticky and you have to be careful not to stick it to itself.

Excellent idea, roll width could be 2" wider. Depending upon shape of item, edges loose their grip. Large portion awkward to wrestle for a novice (me). Portions successfully applied and detailed have retained adhesion, and item has kept its usability for over a year of heavy use.

This leather repair patch is super easy to use – just peel and stick. The large size gave me plenty of material to work with, and I was able to cut it to the exact shape I needed. Our kitchen chairs are old, the faux leather was cracked and falling apart. One chair especially had an embarrassing hole right on the seat. I was about to throw them out, bought this patch for basically nothing just to try. Cut a piece a bit bigger than the hole, peeled the backing, stuck it on that's it. No hair dryer, no fuss. Been sitting on it for a week now holding up great, edges aren't peeling. And here's the thing stuff gets spilled on kitchen chairs all the time, especially with kids. Water, tea, soup the patch is waterproof, just wiped it off with a rag and done. The roll is huge. It was enough for three chairs, and I still have some left just in case. Bottom line if you're too lazy to get your chairs reupholstered or buy new ones, get this. Works. Just make sure you clean and dry the surface well before sticking it on, or it won't adhere. But that was my own laziness, not the patch's fault.

So thin and difficult to apply I took to simply laying it loose and removing backing as the backing sheds. If you don't mind the rough results this actually works.

Purchased twice. Very happy with the first purchase. The product was mailable and sticky enough to cover couch areas that needed fixing. Second purchase I have been beyond disappointed!!! Not the same material or stickiness at all. It’s not anything like first purchase. It was a mistake to purchase again, caused more damage than fixing like the first time round

Nice colour , it's exp3nsive when you look at the quantity you get for the money you pay, and it peels off fast , we even used gorilla glue but still peels along the edges .

I reviewed pictures from other reviews and thought well you know its worth a try. I have an office chair that is super comfortable but material is worn. So I tried this works great recommend doing this over purchasing a seat cover. I found seat covers didn't work so well if you have cats. This is very easy to keep clean and looks great. Highly recommend but make sure you follow instructions.
