I've always believed in prevention than cure. Since in my 20's I have been on and off taking supplements here and there to prevent aging. And this did me well. In my 40's now - looking 10 years younger if not more! With so many products I have tried, I can tell this one does work. I can definitely see more suppleness in my skin, the elasticity seems restored - sometimes I get asked by friends if I have done Botox! Lol... Definitely recommend.

I heard about phyto ceramides on Dr. Oz. I started taking this brand a few years ago. I believe it has made my skin more hydrated and I am usually skeptical about everything. People started commenting on my "great skin" after I had been taking them for about a year. It is a long term "thing" with a great pay-off.

Life extension’s version may not have the added vanilla flavor, but it’s still an excellent, and more affordable HyaCera dupe. Both Ritual and Life Extension contain Ceratiq brand wheat ceramide, and both are liquid capsules. Since my collagen peptides already have HA (hyaluronic acid), I thought I would save the $30/month difference between the two.I just started taking them, but these capsules are surprisingly gentle on my sensitive stomach. I’m in my mid forties and have had great results with collagen peptides, but ceramides can really help too. I’m hoping for less fine lines and skin hydration, but we will see!I do wish we could get milk ceramide supplements in the US (you can get them in S.Korea or order online from Korean specialty stores). There’s been several robust clinical trials for dairy ceramides supplements, with participants showing significant wrinkle reduction- especially around the eyes… but, alas milk ceramide supplements are not sold on Amazon. Let’s hope phytoceramides from wheat can produce similar benefits!5 stars for now…
