Much better than other chemical compounds on the market
Castor oil is not something that has a flavorful taste to begin with. But I use it as a gentle laxative. It works perfectly and within 24 hours you definitely will be able to feel better and things will move. I wish the bottle was a bit bigger but since I don't use it very often this isn't too important. This is a perfect choice over other products that are specifically made to help your bowels move. But there's no chemicals or drugs it's just strictly oil. And it works quite well.
