All Boxes & Cardboard Containers Dented
The item arrived in a smashed box, though it did not appear that any of the products were damaged. However, once my aunt and uncle opened everything, nearly all the containers were dented or looked like they’d been rolled around on the ground. I don’t think the damage happened in shipping because the dents were hidden in the way the products were placed in the basket. At least the glass jars were not broken, and the tub they were in was not dented. Quite disappointing for a rather expensive gift!
