This plastic wiping tool works great. It is easy to assemble and super easy to clean. It slightly bent on one end where the little plastic fingers come out. With very little effort you can place folded up toilet paper and wipe. Then hit the release lever and drop the dirty paper right in the toilet without mess. It is perfect for when you cannot reach around to clean your rear area. I had back surgery and have found this invaluable during my recovery.

I bought this product in spite of some of the poor reviews, hoping the good reviews were more accurate...not so. The idea for this is great, but the execution, not at all. The grip is ridiculously loose and almost pointless. I watched the video, tried things a million ways, and never received even minimal results. as soon as you receive it there is a giant pink sticker on it that says "No Returns" so this immediately put me on the defense thinking "so if it's a crappy product, you're just stuck with it", and I am. Total total total waste. chunked in the garbage, and am out $40.00. What has changed my life was a portable bidet. Havent felt this fresh and clean in years. Wonderful and very economical. The video shows the operator using a net spongee with the wand in order to wash the nether regions. No matter what I do, I cannot get the wand to effectively grip the spongee. The minute I start to wash, it simply falls out. Also, I dropped the wand (while in its bag) to the floor and the head cracked along the seams. This tells me that the design is flawed and the seams are weak. Beware!!!! It is NOT worth the price.

Having had a complete back fusion, I can no longer bend or twist. A device like this is a must. I bought three. One for each bathroom and one to carry in my purse

This sure beats a bent stick! - it's well designeded and with only a short learning curve is easy to use. It has been a lifesaver for me! My back has become so inflexable with arthritis I needed longer arms to reach places. It also travels well in it's little tote bag, having gone with me to the Grand Canyon and other attractions in the Southwest for a week. No, I wasn't arrested for carrying a weapon onto the airplane, and no one even remarked about it. I just bought a second one for the other downstairs bathroom and "just in case" the first one broke or went missing; you see, I have to have one available! It's quite an attraction hanging on the wall beside the toilet paper and could be easily 'swiped'. You will need to add a ring to the end of it to have it hang properly, the moulded 'hanging ring' in the end is turned the wrong way, the mfg. needs to modify this part. Otherwise it's well thought out and fairly well made. I would prefer it be made just a little bit sturdier, but it's held up just fine so far. If you are afflicted with obesity, a bad back, or just have short arms, you really should have this device. As a designer, I believe it's the best concieved device of this type available today for sanitary use. If you need one, this is the one I recommend.

First let me say that the idea behind this product is really fantastic! Unfortunatly the execution just didn't live up to the idea. I purchased this after trying other solutions that were so so ... The idea of a modular long reach holder for clean up etc I thought "finally!" a fix for me since becoming disabled and wheelchair bound. Good points: The reach is fine The angle is good The handle grip is good. Bad points: It isn't easy to get the claw to Really hold onto Adult washcloths etc (the video does help but design is just lacking enough grab strength). The pieces don't really snap together well mine falls apart during use on a regular basis. The tab that hold the pieces together is reason for it falling apart and on my unit one tab broke off (and it was the one holding the claw). The price ... wow very expensive but I figured if it solved the problem it would be worth it ... for me at least it wasn't my unit is broken now due to the tab it renders it useless. I hope they go back to the drawing board and fix the design flaws as the idea behind it is really a good idea.

What a perfect solution to a very serious problem ! No matter what the cause of the inability to do what most people take for granted, this product is such an immense help. The inventors of this “aid” obviously worked on every angle of the design, because it works perfectly. Watching all the videos makes a slightly-daunting procedure into a very successful one. I take “my green stick” with me everywhere I go, and really regret it when I forget.

I had another wand that I used after hip surgery but it was too long to carry in my hand bag so I ordered this item. I'm sorry to say that after many attempts I could never get it to work for me. It never held the paper securely no matter how I tried. Too bad because I liked how compact it was.

Bought for post surgery. Not for people who frustrate easily. Worked great with my razor to shave my legs. Hurt myself wiping , need patience with this product. I don’t have patience.

It’s hard for a senior to open it to put paper or cloths in it. A bit disappointed as it was recommended by the hospital.
