Does it come with protection besides the 30 day protection after buying?

Every Jumpzylla Trampolines comes with an extended protection of 1 year. For more information don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are available and will happily address any issue!

Does it come with those hooks that help you install the springs easier?

All Jumpzylla Trampolines with safety net come in the package with a set of two spring hooks and ALL tools needed for fast and easy installation. Every step of the installation process is explained in the Jumpzylla manual and installation video.

Does Jumpzilla tranpoline come with wind stakes?

Our Jumpzylla Trampoline with enclosure net comes with a set of 4 ground wind stakes for trampoline in the package. ATTENTION: wind stakes do not offer full protection against very strong wind or tornados.

Does it come with a ladder?

All Jumpzylla trampolines come with a ladder. Our ladder is designed to ease access inside the jumping area and can also be detached or moved. The bars are powder coated against rust and the plastic steps are very steady and comfortable to step on.
