TojiroFujitora DP Sujihiki Slicer - 9.4" (24cm)

So far so good. I bought the 240 mm sujihiki because i work in a restaurant and cut fish portions and sashimi regularly. This has worked well. Came sharp and once i ran it over my whetstones a couple times its a lazer sliding through any fish proteins (also some light prep work when i didnt bring my other knives). Its pretty early to tell about edge retention, but so far, Im glad i bought this knife.
