Why this product is watery and sticky

Watery because it’s not filled with glycerin like the other serums. I like that it’s not overly thick because it dries much faster than those glycerin based serums. The sticky aspect goes away. I apply a moisturizer immediately after it dries for about 10-15 seconds and don’t notice any lingering stickiness throughout the day.

I use it instead of moisturizer because the skin on my face tends to get oily! But it’s very light and I think it can definitely be layered with a moisturizer

This product was super watery unlike previous bottles I've used. Unfortunately I didn't start using until after my return window was over so didn't realize it was bad until after. Either the product went bad or the bottle was filled with water or some other liquid. Waste of money
