Le Chameau Women's Lady Jameson GTX Boot

Excellent waterproof boot that is quite beautiful and very well made. Materials are high quality. I am a perfect size 8 and these fit well. Not too loose but not so narrow as to be unable to wear a good wool boot sock. I would not recommend wearing with heavy socks as that may be too tight. Large enough in the calf to be able to tuck in riding pants. A true Town and Country boot to wear all day in the field and to casual lunches in town.

these boots are definitely worth every penny! I've had Le Chameau boots before - tall rubber ones for outdoor work. I've found they run just a little bit large. these are awesome because they are stylish enough for the office but you can still stomp through snow and puddles with them. That is, if you can get over the fact that you're stomping through snow and puddles in $500 boots! also, I tried both the short boot and the tall boot, and I liked the tall ones much better!

Had to change my review to 1 star as after under just a year and a half of wearing these occasionally as dress boots a heel came off. When I took them to my bootmaker he showed me that they had a serious manufacturer's defect - the sole does not span the entire boot and it separates at the arch and becomes a fall hazard. The inner portion is made of cardboard. He says the leather is beautiful but the foundation of the boots are some of the worst he has ever seen. There is no way to repair or resole these 500.00 boots. I have several men's Le Chameaus and they do not have this problem. These boots are not worth the price.

I love the boots but they were a little big. Fortunately, I had ordered the next size down, too, and they are perfect. Very comfortable and sturdy. I didn't have the chance to wear them in the water so I couldn't test the waterproof feature.

Perfect -- every few years, I remember again that European foot lasts fit my feet better than American lasts. These were perfect right out of the box. Good arch support, no tight spots, wore them 20 hours the first day, nothing but happy feet. I have a really high arch, wide runner/dancer feet, these were comfy from the go.

I love love love the look of these boots, but the fit is odd. In these, the way they are cut, I would need a 10-1/2, and they only make up to 10. BOOOO!

My wife was very pleased with these boots, they fitted perfectly, are very functionable and yet look very stylish....a bit pricey ! but otherwise extremely pleased with them.

Lovely looking boots but the feet are extremely narrow over the top of the foot, tight in the width, and spacious around the calves. I have le Chameau Wellies that fit perfectly in size 39, and all my other shoes are 39, so I think it might be the boots! Really disappointing as they look great.

Love my boots but one zip sticks badly, which takes me ages to put them on. They are very comfortable.
